Royal Doulton "Cooling Off" Billie Bunnykins Vintage Home Collectible Figurine

This is an incredible Royal Doulton Bunnykins “Cooling Off" vintage Billie bunnykins figurine. It was first introduced in 1972 and retired in 1987. Item number is DB003. It was designed by Walter Hayward. This piece is about a bunny named Billie who is brown and is wearing a burgundy jacket and beige striped pants. He's also wearing green boots and no socks. It seems to be very hot because the Billie bunny is wiping his forehead while holding an ice creme cone in his right hand. Billie bunny has a green backpack on his back that looks heavy. He's sitting on a stump taking a breather. The features of the piece are very realistic and detailed. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. It measures 3.75". The underside is marked with the Royal Doulton printed back stamp of the period and lot. No original box or paperwork. Last known original retail price is $200.00.
